Challenge: Business Alignment
The Atlassian University team emerged from the pandemic with a training strategy centered around in-person training (ILT) offerings and recorded ILT training, but research and customer feedback prescribed a shift to smaller, more modular learning. The team needed to manage a significant content transformation while resetting their technology stack to support the new learning behaviors.
