About

Hi, I'm Nick.

I build knowledge and learning systems for a living, and explore geography, comedy, and aviation for fun.

I work at the intersection of enterprise platforms, AI, and how organizations actually learn and operate. For most of the last decade that’s meant building and scaling learning and enablement systems: at Atlassian, at Snowflake, and now on my own projects.

I care about the unglamorous middle layer: the operating models, platforms, and workflows that decide whether a team’s knowledge compounds or evaporates. AI is reshaping all of it, and the interesting question isn’t whether to adopt it but where it actually creates leverage.

Outside of work I’m a geography nerd. I built Routes.aero partly as an excuse to put a live 3D globe in the browser. I’ve also done stand-up and improv, which turns out to be surprisingly good training for product work: read the room, commit to the bit, recover gracefully.
