Starting in 2016, I built a channel accreditation program and the global Mastery Camps capstone from scratch, partnering with SMEs and technical stakeholders to define what good looked like.
I wore every hat: designing the curriculum, planning logistics, delivering the training in person around the world, and owning the feedback loop that made each cohort better than the last.
It was powerful, high-touch work that earned real trust, but it was bound by my own calendar. It didn’t scale, and that limitation set up everything that came next.
