From 2020 to 2022 I stepped out of enablement and into product and solution strategy for a two-year scale cycle.
The shift was deliberate: to scale enablement, I first needed to understand how products are built, prioritized, and shipped. I learned to think in systems and roadmaps rather than one-off programs.
That product lens is what made the next phase possible, treating enablement itself as a product with users, outcomes, and a platform.
