Enablement — Systems

I came back to enablement with product-building experience, and a thesis: enablement should be built like a system, not assembled by hand.

That means scaling content creation and change management, driving initiatives from outcomes backward using data, and rooting the whole system in new AI capabilities and tooling.

This is the convergence I find most interesting right now: technology, content, and learning collapsing into one operating layer, where the work itself becomes measurable.
